Bridge mode is a voice channel layer for teams that already use an existing survey platform. Voiceter.ai places the outbound call, handles the telephony, and transfers the respondent to your existing survey URL. Bridge is priced at a lower per-minute rate, reflecting that Voiceter manages the call leg only — not the full survey workflow.

Which mode should I choose — Native or Bridge?

Accepted Answer

Choose Native if you want a complete, managed AI survey experience with no existing tool to migrate from or integrate. Choose Bridge if you have an established survey platform and simply want to add voice outreach to it. If you are unsure, start with a Free Trial account — both modes are available to test before you commit to a plan.

Can I use both Native and Bridge in the same subscription?

Yes. Every paid plan gives you access to both modes simultaneously. You can run Native projects and Bridge projects side by side within the same workspace. Each project independently selects its mode at creation time. Native and Bridge minutes are billed at their respective per-minute rates, pooled against your single monthly balance.

Yes. Every plan — from Pay As You Go through to Agency — includes the full Voiceter.ai feature set: AI questionnaire generation, consent script management, real-time call monitoring, AI insights and analytics, integrations, API access, and more. Plans differ only in the number of workspaces, the included monthly minutes, and the per-minute rate you pay. You never hit a feature paywall by being on a lower plan.

Are there unlimited projects on paid plans?

Yes. All paid plans — Pay As You Go, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Agency — include unlimited projects, whether Native or Bridge. There is no cap on how many surveys you can create, run concurrently, or store. The Free Trial plan is limited to 1 project for evaluation purposes.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Choosing annual billing gives you two months free — you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service. The annual discount applies to the base subscription fee. Per-minute usage beyond your included allocation is billed the same way regardless of billing cycle.

What happens when I approach or exceed my monthly minute allocation?

Voiceter does not hard-stop your campaigns when you reach your plan's included minutes. Your calls continue uninterrupted. As you approach your allocation, the platform sends proactive usage alerts — by email and in-app notification — so you can decide whether to upgrade your plan or moderate your campaign activity. There is no overage cap: you always stay in control, and your surveys are never blocked mid-campaign.

Will I be charged extra if I go over my included minutes?

Yes, but transparently. Any minutes consumed beyond your plan's included allocation are billed at your plan's standard per-minute rate. There are no punitive overage fees or surprise rate increases — you simply pay the same rate you would for included minutes. Voiceter notifies you proactively as your usage grows so you can upgrade to a higher plan and benefit from a lower per-minute rate before your next billing cycle.

What happens to unused minutes at the end of the month?

Unused minutes do not roll over to the following month. Your included allocation resets on your billing date each month. This is the trade-off for the commitment-based discount you receive on a subscription plan: the lower per-minute rate reflects that you have committed to a monthly volume, even if you do not always use every minute. If you regularly finish the month with a large unused balance, consider stepping down to a lower plan or switching to Pay As You Go, where you only pay for exactly what you use.

What is Pay As You Go and when does it make sense?

Pay As You Go is a prepaid credit model with no monthly fee and no commitment. You purchase credit in advance and use it at $0.45/min (Native) or $0.30/min (Bridge). It is ideal for developers evaluating the platform, researchers with irregular call volumes, or teams running a single one-off project. Prepaid credit never expires.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a fully isolated operating environment within your Voiceter.ai account. Each workspace has its own team members, projects, phone numbers, telephony settings, compliance region, integrations, and API keys. Data, users, and configurations in one workspace cannot access or interact with another workspace — even within the same account. Think of a workspace as a separate business unit under one billing umbrella.

Enterprise teams typically use workspaces to separate business units, product brands, or internal departments — each with its own team, compliance settings, and data boundary. For example, a consumer goods company might create one workspace per brand, keeping their research data and teams fully isolated while operating under a single account. Alternatively, an organisation running both Marketing and HR research programmes can keep those workspaces separate — ensuring HR survey data is never accessible to the Marketing team, and vice versa. Each workspace can have its own consent scripts, telephony settings, and data retention policy, all sharing one billing plan.

How do agencies use workspaces?

Agencies use workspaces to isolate each client account completely. The Agency plan includes unlimited workspaces, so you can create one per client, assign only the relevant team members to each, and ensure there is zero data cross-contamination between clients. Per-minute usage across all workspaces is pooled against your Agency plan balance, billed at the Agency rate of $0.15/min (Native) or $0.10/min (Bridge).

Can I have different plans for different workspaces?

No. Your plan applies to the entire account. Usage across all workspaces is pooled against a single minute balance. If you need separate billing for separate clients, the Agency plan with unlimited workspaces is the right model — each workspace is operationally isolated while sharing one plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you continue to benefit from your current plan until then. There are no lock-in penalties or cancellation fees.

Can I get a refund if I upgrade and then downgrade in the same billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

Prorated upgrade charges are not automatically refundable. If you upgrade by mistake, contact support@voiceter.ai within 24 hours and the team will review your case. Intentional upgrades followed by a downgrade within the same cycle are not eligible for a refund.

Which plan is best if I want to keep all historical project data without running any active projects?

Pay As You Go is the right choice for dormant periods. With no monthly fee and no commitment, you keep your account active and your data fully accessible without paying for minutes you are not using. All historical project data — survey results, call recordings, transcripts, and analytics — is retained according to the data retention policy configured in your Account Settings. You can top up credit and resume outbound calling at any time. If you have multiple workspaces from a higher plan, workspaces beyond your plan's workspace limit become read-only (not deleted) until you upgrade again.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is not the same as account deletion. When you cancel, your account moves to the Pay As You Go plan at the end of your current billing cycle. All your data, projects, and workspaces are preserved. Workspaces beyond the Pay As You Go plan's workspace limit become read-only. If you permanently delete your account, all data is removed after a 48-hour grace period. Audit logs and records required for legal or tax purposes (7-year minimum) are retained as required by law.

Do I need a credit card to start on the Free plan?

No. The Free Trial plan requires no payment information. You can use the 50-minute shared AI pool to test both Native and Bridge modes without entering any billing details. A credit card is only required when you upgrade to a paid plan.

How are voice minutes counted? What counts as a billable minute?

Accepted Answer

Voice minutes are metered from the moment a call is answered to the moment it ends — regardless of whether the respondent completed the survey. Unanswered calls, busy signals, and answering machine detections are not charged. You are only billed for time spent in a live, answered call.

Is a credit card required for the Pay As You Go plan?

Yes. Pay As You Go is a prepaid model — you purchase credit via card before making calls. Stripe processes all payments securely; Voiceter.ai never stores card numbers.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Voiceter.ai accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), SEPA Direct Debit for EU accounts, and ACH bank transfer for US accounts on annual plans. Agency plan customers may arrange invoice / bank transfer billing — contact your account manager to set this up.

What currency are plans billed in?

Plans are billed in USD by default. Agency accounts may request billing in GBP, EUR, or TRY — contact your account manager to arrange alternative currency invoicing.

Is VAT or KDV added to my invoice?

Accepted Answer

VAT (or KDV for Turkish-registered entities) is calculated based on your billing address and tax registration status. Enter your Tax ID at Account → Billing → Tax Information before your next invoice to ensure correct tax treatment. Tax details apply to future invoices; contact support@voiceter.ai for corrections to invoices already issued within the current billing cycle.

Can a project's mode be changed after it is created?

No. A project's mode — Native or Bridge — is set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards. If you need to run the same survey in both modes, create two separate projects. Both can coexist in the same workspace.

Can I run Native and Bridge projects simultaneously in the same workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both project types coexist freely within a workspace. Each project independently selects its mode during creation. Usage from both modes is billed from the same account balance at their respective per-minute rates.

Is there a free trial? How long does it last?

The Free Trial plan is your starting point — it is not time-limited. You receive 50 shared AI minutes and can run one project to evaluate the platform at your own pace. There is no trial expiry date. When you are ready to scale, upgrade to any paid plan from your account settings.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from Account → Billing → Subscription. When you switch, you pay the annual amount upfront (equivalent to 10 months) and your billing cycle resets to the new annual renewal date. The remaining days on your current monthly cycle are prorated against the annual charge.
