Introduction

Voiceter.ai, Inc. ("Voiceter.ai", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website (voiceter.ai) and within our platform application. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides broader information about how we handle your personal data.

2

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website or use a web application. Cookies allow websites to remember information about your visit — such as your preferences or login status — so you do not have to re-enter information each time you return.

We also use similar technologies, including:

  • Local storage and session storage — browser-based storage used by our platform application for session state
  • Pixel tags / web beacons — small transparent images embedded in pages or emails to track engagement
  • Fingerprinting — limited use for fraud detection and bot prevention only

Throughout this policy, we use the term "cookies" to refer to all these technologies collectively.

3

Who Sets Cookies?

Cookies may be set by:

  • Voiceter.ai (first-party cookies): Set directly by us on our website and platform
  • Third-party cookies: Set by external services we use (listed in Section 5), operating under their own privacy policies
4

Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify our cookies into four categories based on purpose.

1. Strictly Necessary

No Consent RequiredRetention: Session or up to 24 hours

These cookies are essential for the website and platform to function. Without them, services you have requested (such as logging in or maintaining your session) cannot be provided. These cookies cannot be disabled.

What they do:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your logged-in session
  • Prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks
  • Apply your security settings and access permissions
  • Remember your cookie consent preferences
  • Load-balance requests across our servers

2. Functional

Consent RequiredRetention: Up to 12 months

These cookies allow the website and platform to remember your preferences and provide enhanced, personalised features. Disabling them may affect your experience.

What they do:

  • Remember your language and locale preference (e.g., English/Turkish)
  • Remember your display preferences (e.g., dark/light mode, table layout)
  • Pre-fill forms with your previous inputs
  • Remember your last-accessed workspace or project

3. Analytics

Consent RequiredRetention: Up to 13 months

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website and platform so we can improve them. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

What they do:

  • Count the number of visitors to pages
  • Identify which pages are visited most and least
  • Record how visitors arrive at the site (referral source)
  • Track which features are used most frequently in the platform
  • Identify errors and performance bottlenecks

Third-party services used:

  • Vercel Analytics (infrastructure performance)
  • Google Analytics (website traffic analysis)

4. Marketing

Consent RequiredRetention: Up to 24 months

These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertisements and marketing communications to you and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. They may be set by us or by our advertising partners.

What they do:

  • Track your visits across websites to build a profile of your interests
  • Show you relevant Voiceter.ai advertisements on third-party platforms
  • Measure whether you visited our website after seeing an advertisement
  • Limit how many times you see the same advertisement

Third-party services used:

Marketing cookies are only placed on our public-facing website (voiceter.ai). We do not use marketing cookies inside the authenticated platform application.

8

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Currently, there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals. We respond to DNT signals by not placing marketing cookies when DNT is detected, but strictly necessary and functional cookies are still used.
