The AI Voice Agent dials each respondent outbound. Calls are placed within your configured time windows, with DNC screening and consent capture before the interview begins.

A background browser session opens the respondent's unique survey URL. The AI reads each question naturally, handles clarifications, and maps spoken answers to the correct form fields in real time.

Natural language responses are mapped to the corresponding form field values — single choice, multiple choice, rating scales, NPS, and open-ended text — using the question context from your survey.
